wildasweb Hi Jon, There is a shiny applied finish to the area that is embossed to look like gator. I can’t say for sure it’s not leather, but it doesn’t look or feel or smell like leather, so I would rather say I don’t think it is than have some one purchase them then complain later they were misrepresented.
