anna_a305 @blueskiesonfire hello, I when I bought this item I was informed it was authentic and was accompanied with the card. You can file complaints with Poshmark. I believe there is also a system in place to check for authenticity. Thank you

anna_a305 @blueskiesonfire Posh Protect allows you to make a claim up to 3 days after delivery. If you don’t make a claim, sales are final and no refund is available. I sold this item with the true and honest understanding it was authentic and I included all accompanying cards. There is also free authentication through Poshmark on items over $500. thank you.

anna_a305 @blueskiesonfire hello, I just saw your message from Feb. 8. I have contacted Poshmark to see if I am able to get you a refund. I never would intentionally sell an inauthentic item. Did you submit anything to Poshmark within the Posh Protect time? They shouldn’t have allowed the funds to be released if there was a dispute. Again, trying everything on my end to make this right.

anna_a305 @blueskiesonfire hello, I reached out to Posh Support to work to get you a full refund, but because the funds were released, they requested that you reach out to them to further review this order. They were very helpful and should be able to help you. I want to ensure this situation is taken care of. Again, I was under the genuine impression when I bought this item that it was authentic. I want to make sure it gets sorted out. Thank you.
