lvoecarla If you have problems with the brushes, just return them. I take pride in my items and shipping them with care. The brushes were preloved. I have sold other brushes and many other items and have never received a bad review. I’d rather return your money than you give me a bad review. That’s not fair to me. Please initiate an return and ship them back. And you can have your money back. You should have contacted me first before leaving a bad review.

bluemelr @lvoecarla This was my only way of contacting you. I thought this was how I was supposed to let you know. Sorry if that is not correct. It's not about the money...I will take it as a loss. I washed them all then I threw away the ones there bleeding ink. I'll donate the brushes that got clean to the Battered Women's shelter. I can send you pictures or a video of the ink that bleeds out of the black bristle brushes.

Its not about the money, very true for me as well and I would have refunded your money back because that’s how it’s supposed to be rather than tearing someone down with a bad rating without letting them come up with a resolution first.
