kelly_colie32 Sorry I have to comment here as pepperballs blocked me bc they're selling fake dysons. There should be a reset button on the end of the cord and also a black box a couple feet from the bottom of the cord along with a white circle inside the power button. They are EVERYWHERE on here and anyone who has an authentic one can prove it with a receipt or pics of the cord and power button. They use the fact that it's sealed (by them) that they can't open it to show you.

kelly_colie32 I called dyson and they did a video call and confirmed for me. I personally wouldn't get one from here w/o a receipt or good clear photos. I report the fake one all the time but nothing happens to them bc money..

kelly_colie32 Oh, also, they fake the serial numbers!! It happened to me so it looks like it's legit on the site but it is not and dyson will not help you either.
