@sethharley No liner. This is the mid jacket winter/rain. TEI3 is what they classify it as -4 being the max for when you should wear it.

Hi I’m 6’1 264 and I usually wear Xl’s in coats would I have to go down to a large or get a xl because I won’t want the coat looking like a dress on me.
