@helen91977 hi ☺️ and it was returned because the lady that bought it didn’t look at the description correctly and thought this bag came with a zipper inside and about the authentication once you purchase it, it first gets sent to Poshmark to get authenticated once it’s complete they sent it to you that’s it’s been verified that it’s authentic
