dimndaruf Insole length varies from designer to designer and also the style and cut of the shoe. All size 39’s are not the same in length. Just want to make sure the measurement is accurate. Thanks

dimndaruf @alissa593 I’m sorry for being a bug but I’m just seeing lots of contradictory sizing info for the Cleo style. Some say it runs true and others are saying it runs 1/2 size small. According to your measurement, 9 3/4 means that it’s running an entire size smaller. Are you able to post a pic of the shoe with a measuring tape so I can be certain? With no returns I need to be certain. Thanks again

alissa593 @dimndaruf no problem. I tried these on at their store in Vegas and another pair at saks. Because they are open you have more room. But I’d def say this style is small. The sales associate told me to size up as well
