Vintage Akris navy wool double breasted coat dress with velvet trim

This is a gorgeous, beautifully made double breasted coat dress. The wool is a lightweight dark navy blue. There is velvet at the cuffs, collar, and buttons. I can’t tell if the velvet is navy or black. Peaked lapels. It partially unwraps. You step into it and secure the skirt portion with snaps and a button. The sleeves are unlined. No flaws.
