Quality handmade vintage sophisticated modest retro hipster office meeting secretary teacher dress. Button down, long sleeves, pleats, peter pan collar, ornate buttons, side zip, hook & eye. Delicate semi-sheer chiffon, partially lined. Gently used and in great vintage condition. A few tiny very faint spots on back bottom hem (see last pic). Dryclean recommended.
