Red Strapless Ruffle Hem (think salsa!) Dress - Small So beautiful and flattering. From a smoke and pet free environment. Measurements in photos, it does have stretch to it. Very classic and gorgeous. Small flaw to note, a tiny run at the top near underarm (see pics)...In the last photo, I tucked it in which you could easily do yourself and even sew a stitch there or use some wardrobe tape to hold it in place - very undetectable. Ruffle hem trim has a satin contrast fabric for a little extra luxe. This dress can be worn in any season, dressed up or down formal to casual. You'll love it!
