cbbanks3326 @sammiejthrifts okay so I was trying to sell an item from my listing and I got a email when the buyer said she purchased it but it had me put in my bank card stuff and then it said it wouldn’t work. Well the link is deleted cause I think the buyer got impatient with me trying to figure it out (I’m very new) and I just want to know how the heck I’m supposed to do this

sammiejthrifts @cbbanks3326 I wouldn’t make any transactions outside of Poshmark. Typically when someone comments that they want you to email them so that they can purchase, it’s typically a scammer. Im guessing that’s why it asked for your bank info.

sammiejthrifts @cbbanks3326 No, i’ve never had that happen. You should just get an email of the shipping label. You should never have to put your bank info, especially from someone who is buying from you.

laralee1971 @sammiejthrifts I have several items in my closet lots of sold but I keep trying to get PoshMark to help me they keep telling me my email is not set up on here which is impossible because I always am getting email from them what do I do because I have to keep on telling those people that bought stuff for me what happened because of PoshMark I also sent tons of screenshots to all of the people that purchased from my closet what do I do please thank you I appreciate your help and time

laralee1971 @sammiejthrifts I can send you the screenshots if you would like me to That might help you understand what I’m talking about I’m totally confused as to why they keep on telling me that is PoshMark keeps on telling me they will get back to me within 24 hours I spent about three weeks trying over and over at least over 100 times to get them to help me and no response to help from them

sammiejthrifts @laralee1971 So if you are getting emails from Poshmark about the issues then your email should be set up fine. All you need is the shipping label that gets emailed to you after someone purchases an item. Have you gotten any of those labels? It comes up titled as Poshmark.

laralee1971 @sammiejthrifts Gracious me I can’t send screenshots I did not realize that maybe if you go into my closet I can send you a screenshot or maybe I can go into your closet because I’m about ready to give up three or four weeks of all this crap going on with PoshMark this is ridiculous in fact beyond ridiculous I am an attorney and by law they aren’t Following proper legal business practices within their company

sammiejthrifts @laralee1971 Make sure the email on your account is the same email that you are contacting Poshmark with. It’s in your edit profile and then Account info.

sammiejthrifts @laralee1971 It’s in the bottom right and then when you click on that it takes you to another page where your icon is at the top left, click on your icon and then edit profile. Should say account info at the bottom after that page then.

laralee1971 @sammiejthrifts I just now dig precisely like you explained and it still Will not let me answer any questions such as putting in my email address or my phone number I know they have my phone number and I know they have my email address otherwise I would not be constantly getting all the emails that PoshMark sends me as well as other people on Poshmark

laralee1971 @sammiejthrifts I feel so extremely bad for the people that I have purchased from me and I can not ship items to them because PoshMark has never ever sent me a code I’m going to just give up and let these people know I guess I will have to sell my stuff on a different site because PoshMark won’t send me a verification code

laralee1971 @sammiejthrifts Precisely after the holidays would be great to try again I did get a notification from them with a QR code I just got that now but sadly I’m going to have to delete a lot of my apps on my iPhone because I don’t have enough storage I guess so I can download the QR code iPhone app

laralee1971 @sammiejthrifts I’m actually not sure honestly/truthfully I’ve had to delete tons of other apps because I have almost no storage at all on my iPhone probably because I take way too many pictures and videos Screenshots seem to be a habit with me so I need to go to my screenshots and that’s gonna take forever to go through all the pictures I’ve taken all of the screenshots videos etc. delete what I want to I don’t know how long it’s gonna take to do that
