VINTAGE Blue Knit Skirt

Vintage blue skirt originally purchased in Japan in the 90s! Great condition but it is unfortunately too tight in the waist for me. It is made from a knit material and has elastic in the waist, so it does stretch but not a ton. It is also lined! I think a US size 0 or 24 would fit this best, but a 2 could probably also fit comfortably. However, please check the measurements for best fit! Waist: 11.5” flat (elastic, so it will stretch a bit) Hem: 17” flat Length: 21.5” This item is dry clean only, but I think washing it as a delicate (inside out, cold water, in a lingerie bag) and air drying would be fine.
