VINTAGE Structured Blue Skirt

Super cute structured blue skirt, originally purchased in the 90s! Unfortunately too small for me. It has a tiny slit in the back to allow for more movement. I think this would best fit a US size 0 or 2. Measurements: Waist - 12.5” Hem - 17” Total Length - 20.5” This appears to be a DRY CLEAN ONLY item.
